I encountered issues there. The room setup was not adequate. It did not properly accommodate everyone. One person had to sleep on a sofa part. I had to request bedding for this. Staff seemed disinterested when I mentioned the noise, this was annoying!

Fab Raffles Stay!

The reception team, including Aiza, Kris, Adit, and Ruel. Yousef, the head of security, was friendly and ensured a smooth stay. The staff really care and I recommend it highly! I felt safe and welcome.
The bathroom had a hose which leaked. Water was everywhere. We asked for the technician and room service three times, but they did not change or upgrade the room. I bought a plastic slipper at the supermarket.

The waiters are very attentive and pleasant. Chef Krishna cooked great appetizers. Sai accommodated any dietary requirements and meal changes, very appreciative. The team has a cute, family feel!

I booked a Club room for four, but the room was not ready for that. My son had to sleep on a sofa. We asked for bedding. Staff said my kids could wear shorts in the lounge but then said it was not okay.
