spacious room superb variety excellent service
the room was spacious with nice decor. the breakfast had a superb variety of options. the pool staff provided excellent service throughout my stay.
i noticed slight wear on some furniture edges.

I encountered issues there. The room setup was not adequate. It did not properly accommodate everyone. One person had to sleep on a sofa part. I had to request bedding for this. Staff seemed disinterested when I mentioned the noise, this was annoying!

Fab Raffles Stay!
friendly staff warm atmosphere genuine care
The reception team, including Aiza, Kris, Adit, and Ruel. Yousef, the head of security, was friendly and ensured a smooth stay. The staff really care and I recommend it highly! I felt safe and welcome.
The bathroom had a hose which leaked. Water was everywhere. We asked for the technician and room service three times, but they did not change or upgrade the room. I bought a plastic slipper at the supermarket.

The waiters are very attentive and pleasant. Chef Krishna cooked great appetizers. Sai accommodated any dietary requirements and meal changes, very appreciative. The team has a cute, family feel!

i found the breakfast delicious. the staff escorted me to the sun beds by the pool. they arranged parasols around my sun bed. fahim in the raffles club lounge looked after me very well (i am grateful).

unprepared room arbitrary rules
The reception team. Aiza, Kris, Adit, and Ruel are helpful and friendly. This. Mr Yousef, head of security, is a nice man and made things safe.
I booked a Club room for four, but the room was not ready for that. My son had to sleep on a sofa. We asked for bedding. Staff said my kids could wear shorts in the lounge but then said it was not okay.
